This is almost always due to not adding the Prepatcher mod, or setting it up incorrectly.
If you can, use a mod installer such as r2modmanarrow-up-right, which should set up Architect and all dependancies for you automatically.
If you have to install manually, first download the Silksong Prepatcherarrow-up-right, and extract the .zip file.
Inside you will find a 'plugins' folder and a 'patchers' folder.
Copy the contents of the plugins folder to your BepInEx plugins folder, and the contents of the patchers folder to your BepInEx patchers folder.
If you do not set up both of these correctly, you will encounter problems.
